Fairytale Farm near Chipping Norton was designed from the start to be accessible and welcoming for children with additional needs, and it remains one of the most genuinely SEND-friendly attractions in the area. Level, wheelchair and buggy-friendly paths link a fairytale-themed trail, sensory gardens, animal areas and play zones, so families who find other parks difficult can move around easily.
Children meet alpacas, donkeys, sheep, goats and smaller animals, follow the storybook trail, splash at water play in season and explore sensory and enchanted-themed areas built for younger visitors. The sensory garden and quieter design make it a calm choice, and staff are experienced with additional needs. It is aimed firmly at the early-years and primary age group rather than older children.
