Lantern-lit iron mine caverns deep in the Forest of Dean. A proper rainy-day adventure.
Nine atmospheric caverns of a former iron mine, lit and laid out for families to explore at their own pace. It is cool underground year-round, so take a jumper, and it works whatever the weather does above. Best for children five and up who like a bit of an adventure.
